You request a visit
Fill in the form or send an email. Just tell us where you want to charge, your town and the best time to call. If you know, tell us your car and where the panel is too.

We talk
We call you to understand the case: which car you have or will have, where you park, whether it is a house, a condominium or a business. We answer first questions and book the visit.

Proposal
You get a proposal for your case, with the recommended charger, the route and what is included. In a condominium, we help with the technical information for the notice to the administration.
Installation and testing
We install the charger, the dedicated line and the protection, tidily and in line with the technical rules for low-voltage installations. At the end we test everything with you.
Walkthrough and setup
We show you how the charger works, set up the app if there is one and explain what to do if anything trips.
